Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At RNTLA, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers. You may cancel your rental reservation up to 1 day before the scheduled start of your reservation for a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 1 day before the reservation start time are non-refundable.

If your rental reservation is longer than 1 week, only 50% of the rental amount will be refunded incase of cancellation or refuse delivery.
